Registration
Registration fee for regular participants: 400 €
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, and an organized tour of the participant’s choice.
Registration fee for students and young post-docs (PhD defense in 2023 or later): 200 €
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, and an organized tour of the participant’s choice.
Registration fee for accompanying persons: 150 €
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes access to the welcome reception, the conference dinner, and an organized tour of their choice.
Registration will be open from March 10 to July 11, 2025. For late registration, please contact LOC at spw11@asu.cas.cz. Note that requests for late registration may be declined. On-site registration will not be possible.
Registered participants will receive detailed instructions on how to pay the registration fee.
To modify your registration in any way, please use the registration form again. Ensure you use the same e-mail address; your registration will then be updated.
To cancel your registration, send an e-mail to spw11@asu.cas.cz.
Cancellations made before August 10, 2025, are eligible for 100% refund.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent after a successful registration.
Payment
You can proceed to payment only after receiving a confirmation e-mail after a successful registration. There are two possibilities to pay the registration fee.
Bank transfer payment
It is possible to pay the registration fee by bank transfer. Upon request, we will issue an invoice for you. It is possible to couple payment for multiple participants from one institute to the same invoice. Please note that by paying the issued invoice you also agree with the General Terms and Conditions which make a legal base for payment for the SPW11 meeting that takes place in Prague, September 8-12, 2025.

Credit/debit card payment
To pay by credit or debit card, a simple payment form will guide you through the process. Please note that card payments are not yet available but will be enabled in the near future.
